Our fees estimates are based on the complexity of the matter. For example, a simple matter would be one where a compromise agreement has been proposed and able to be agreed with a small amount of negotiation as to terms.
All our fees are based on our solicitor’s hourly rate of £235 plus VAT

Disbursements
There is no fee payable to the Tribunal to start a claim, however, if you were to lose your case there may be costs payable to the other side. If you win, your costs may be able to be claimed from the other side.
