Whilst we do all we can to provide you with the best possible service, if you become concerned or unsatisfied with the service provided to you, please let us know as soon as possible.

In the first instance, please contact the fee earner responsible for your matter.

If you are not satisfied with the response provided, please then contact your Client Carer, as set out in the Client Services Agreement provided to you. It would be helpful if your complaint was written down at this stage as your Client Carer will not be familiar with your file.

If we had reached an oral agreement with you regarding the instructions you have for us, rather than through a written Client Services Agreement, please contact one of the Partners of the firm. Their names are shown in the ‘Our Staff’ section of this site.

If you remain unsatisfied by the response the firm has provided, the Legal Ombudsman (LO) can help you to pursue your complaint further. The LO will expect you to communicate your complaint to ourselves in the first instance.

If you have received a final response to your complaint from us, you will then have 6 months to take your complaint to the LO. Other time limits may apply for claims against our firm and we would advise that you take independent legal advice in this regard.
